When I told him that I'd just phoned to tell Katie that she was about to miss the last train home, he said 'Oh really, how's she going to make it?' and I said 'I don't know, but she doesn't care... she doesn't care' and he replied 'Wow, oh sorry we're a bad influence aren't we?' and I said 'You are!' and then he said 'We have a lot to answer for'!

ok, I'm gunna rant a little here, forgive me, because I'm already in a bad mood but whatever.

so everyone said they were going to do a write up for these last two gigs that were right next to each other and no one did. this is annoying to me, and I will tell you why.

I'm an american. I didnt choose to be, thats just how it happened. and I love the hoosiers, as I rightly should. If I lived in England, there would be absolutely no question that I would do all in my power to go to their gigs and their shows and try and meet them of course. but I cant. because I live a thousand miles away. and this sucks. even when I am in england, I cant see them. and of course I can always say "oh someday I ahev hope I will meet them" but I may not. who knows when the next time I'm going to england and even if I do there are no guarantees. its just frustrating to me thats its practically impossible for me to get something that i want so badly but that any of you can get with just a little bit of determination or income. and so, when it comes to you guys going to these gigs, I dont get jealous, I think of it as an opportunity for me to fantasize. these write ups you guys do allow me imagine what it would be like, and to live vicariously through your experiences, and they make me feel like it may be a little bit more possible, even if it isnt. thats why I like it so much when you write them and I can read them and feel happy for you and hopeful for me. but no one wrote any write ups this time and I was really looking forward to it. so I guess what I'm saying is that I was just disappointed this time around especially since everyone said they were so amazing and it was one of their bets gigs.

maybe I dont have the right to complain and bitch to or at you guys, I just guess i'd rather you know how I feel and be open about it, instead of harboring something internally. these write ups I didnt think were just about your own reflection, I thought it was about sharing your experiences for other's enjoyment. ugh I'm in a bad mood and this was just adding to it sorry
